Qualification Requirements

Selection Process
- Written Examination: Objective multiple-choice written exam (CBT / Tablet-Based / OMR as decided by the Board). 100 questions for 100 marks, 90 minutes duration (2 hours for eligible scribes), negative marking of 0.25 per wrong answer. Minimum qualifying score is 20%.
- Qualifying Skill Test: Where prescribed for specific posts, candidates must pass a qualifying skill test. This is applicable only to posts that require practical skills as per the notification.
- Shortlisting Based on Merit: Shortlisting of candidates for further stages will be based on merit and available vacancies, subject to meeting minimum qualifying marks and post-specific criteria.
- Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates will be called for document verification to confirm eligibility, domicile, qualifications and other claims.
- Final Selection and Appointment: After verification and meeting all criteria, final selection and departmental appointment procedures will be completed by the Board.
