Selection Process
- Application scrutiny and shortlisting: Applications will be screened and candidates may be shortlisted; up to 10 times the number of vacancies per post may be called for interview.
- Interview (video conferencing): Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview by video conferencing; candidates will be informed of time, link and instructions by email.
- Final selection: Final selection will be based on performance in the interview and scrutiny of documents; the Institute’s Competent Authority/Director makes the final decision.
