- Shortlisting: Applications will be scrutinized and shortlisted based on the eligibility criteria mentioned in the notification.
- Field Trials – Physical Fitness & Endurance: Shortlisted candidates will undergo field trials assessing physical fitness and endurance (marks allocated in evaluation).
- Field Trials – Sport Specific Skills: Evaluation of sport-specific skills including knowledge, technique and tactical understanding during field trials.
- Field Trials – Behavioral Attributes: Assessment of behavioral attributes during field trials.
- Merit List & Final Selection: Candidates are awarded marks across criteria to total 100; minimum qualifying marks are 50. A merit list in descending order will be prepared and final selection made up to the number of vacancies.
