Ph.D. in the appropriate branch/discipline and first class in the preceding degree with a very good academic record throughout. Additionally, minimum six years of post-Ph.D. experience in teaching/research/professional work, of which at least three years should be at the level of Assistant Professor in an academic institution or equivalent positions in research organizations or industry, plus evidence of independent research, student supervision, publications, patents or relevant professional activities.
Selection Process
