Selection Process
- Shortlisting: Candidates are shortlisted based on the details in their application, CV and documentary proof.
- Written test: Shortlisted candidates may be called for a written test as part of evaluation.
- Skill test: A skill test may be conducted for relevant posts to assess specific abilities.
- Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be interviewed in person or by videoconference as decided by the Principal Investigator.
- Final selection: Final selection is based on the application, CV and performance in the written test/skill test/interview; the Project Investigator’s decision is final.
