Selection Process
- Shortlisting: Candidates are short-listed based on aggregate marks: Madhyamik Pariksha (MP) 10 marks, Higher Secondary (HS) 10 marks, Graduation 10 marks; vocational or distant courses are not considered for shortlisting.
- Interview: Only short-listed candidates will be called for an interview. Interview carries 10 marks covering experience, personal appearance, speaking ability, and knowledge; venues, dates, and times will be communicated to shortlisted candidates.
