Selection Process
- Merit-based scoring: Selection is based on merit calculated from percentages in High School, Intermediate, Graduation and Postgraduation (weighted) and training marks (weighted).

- Document verification: Certificates of teaching and non-teaching staff are verified with the issuing board or institution at the time of selection.
