Selection Process
- Shortlisting: Applicants are shortlisted based on the application form, CV and the documentary proof provided.
- Written test: Shortlisted candidates may be called for a written test covering relevant areas (health research methodology, ethics, environmental health, heat stress, MS Office/tools and data management, depending on post).
- Skill test: Candidates may be assessed on case-based scenarios to evaluate relevant practical skills.
- Interview: Interview covers methodology, ethics, environmental health, heat stress, documentation, institutional/financial procedures and case-based scenarios; may be in-person or via video conferencing.
- Final selection: Final selection is based on the CV, application and written test/interview, and the Project Investigator’s decision is final.
