- Written Test: A written test (where conducted) comprising English Language (20 questions, 20 marks, 15 minutes), General Awareness (20 questions, 20 marks, 30 minutes) and Professional Knowledge (60 questions, 60 marks, 60 minutes); total 100 marks and 105 minutes. Minimum qualifying score per section: 40% for General/EWS and 35% for Reserved categories. Only Professional Knowledge marks are used for drawing merit and shortlisting for interview.
- Short-listing: Bank shortlists candidates based on written test Professional Knowledge marks, experience and suitability at its discretion. Meeting minimum qualifications does not guarantee shortlisting.
- Personal Interview: Candidates who clear shortlisting/written test are called for a personal interview (minimum qualifying score: 40% for Unreserved/EWS and 35% for Reserved).
