Qualification Requirements

Postgraduate degree (M.E./M.Tech./M.Sc.(Engg.) or M.Sc. for specific posts) in First Class with minimum 60% aggregate or CGPA/CPI of 6.5 on a 10-point scale (65% / CGPA 6.84 required for M.Sc. route of JRF-E13). Candidates must also possess a valid qualifying national-level test score (CSIR-UGC NET, GATE, JAM, JEST or equivalent national examination). Degrees must be recognised by AICTE/UGC or authorised organisations; ODL degrees are not eligible. Candidates must have passed the qualifying degree by the cut-off date (11 July 2026).
