Qualification: B.E./B.Tech or equivalent degree; two years experience overseeing civil works; preference for experience in Banks/large corporates in Civil/Electrical field. - Specialist Officer – Law (Manager):
Qualification: BL/ML or equivalent degree; 5 years of Bar experience or at least 5 years as an officer in the legal department of a Bank/Financial Institution. - Specialist Officer – Law (Assistant Manager):
Qualification: BL/ML or equivalent degree; at least 3 years as an officer in the legal department of a Bank/Financial Institution. - Manager (Generalist) (Manager):
Qualification: Any Graduate/Post Graduate from a recognised university under regular curriculum; 5 years banking experience of which 3 years must be as Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager or equivalent. - Security Officer (Contract, Senior Manager cadre allowances):
Qualification: Any Graduate/Post Graduate; an officer with 5 years of commissioned service in Army/Navy/Air Force to rank of Lieutenant or equivalent, or equivalent rank in Para Military Forces, or Police (Inspector cadre and above) with 15 years’ experience.
