Selection Process
- Determine cut-off: AWTM will determine a cut-off percentage to call candidates for the trade/practical test based on NCTVT marks.
- Evaluate NCTVT marks: Marks obtained in the NCTVT/NCVT examination are considered with a weightage of 80% for merit preparation.
- Trade/practical test: A trade/practical test will be conducted by AWTM, carrying a weightage of 20%.
- Prepare combined merit list: A combined merit list will be prepared using 80% weight for NCTVT marks and 20% for the trade/practical test.
- Shortlist and document verification: Shortlisted candidates in order of merit will be called for document verification up to notified vacancies; a ratio of 1:10 will be maintained for vacancies and interviews if applicable.
