Selection Process
- Online Test: A computer-based test with four sections (English Language, Banking Knowledge, General/Economic Awareness, Reasoning & Quantitative Aptitude). Total 120 questions for 120 marks and 120 minutes. English section is qualifying only and there is a 0.25 mark penalty for each wrong answer.
- Group Discussion and/or Personal Interview (GD/PI): Candidates shortlisted from the online test will undergo Group Discussion and/or Personal Interview. Minimum qualifying marks for GD/PI are 60% for General category and 55% for Reserved categories.
- Psychometric Test / Other Assessment: The Bank may conduct a psychometric test and/or any other assessment as deemed suitable before final selection.
- Local Language Proficiency Test (LPT): Candidates must qualify in the Local Language Proficiency Test unless they have studied the local language at 10th or 12th standard level. English is accepted as local language in specified cases for certain states.
