Selection Process
- Computer Based Test (CBT): All shortlisted applicants for both Management Trainee and Assistant Officer posts will be evaluated through a Computer Based Test covering Professional Knowledge, English Language, Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude and General Knowledge (total 100 marks). Duration is 90 minutes (120 minutes for eligible PwBD candidates using a scribe).
- Group Discussion and/or Interview (Management Trainee only): For Management Trainee posts only, candidates qualifying the CBT will be called for a Group Discussion and/or Interview as decided by CONCOR; final selection for MT posts will consider these stages.
- Document Verification: Candidates qualifying the CBT (and GD/Interview where applicable) must produce original documents for verification including educational certificates, caste/EWS/PwBD/ESM certificates, experience proof, and NOC where applicable.
- Medical Fitness Test: Appointment is subject to fitness in the Medical Fitness Test conducted by CONCOR’s Medical Authorities.
- Final Appointment and Training (Management Trainee): Selected Management Trainees undergo one year of on-the-job and off-the-job training; on successful completion they are absorbed in Assistant Manager grade/E1 and must execute a service bond as specified.
