Selection Process
- 1: A 2-hour computer-based written test with Part-I General Awareness (20 questions), Part-II English & Reasoning (20 questions), and Part-III Concerned Discipline (60 questions). Each correct answer carries 1 mark and there is no negative marking. Qualifying marks are 60%, relaxable by 5% for SC/ST/PwD.
- 2: Candidates will be shortlisted discipline/category-wise based on written test merit and called for document verification limited to the number of notified vacancies.
- 3: Candidates who qualify document verification must undergo a pre-employment medical examination; final engagement depends on a satisfactory medical report.
- 4: A provisional offer is issued after document verification and a final offer of engagement is issued after satisfactory medical clearance.
- 5: Candidates called for document verification will be reimbursed Travelling Allowance (Sleeper Class/II Class train fare or bus fare by the shortest route) on production of journey proof.
