- Keep GATE-2025 scorecard, academic marks details and certificates ready; fill the form and do not request changes after submission.
- Upload recent photograph (3.5 cm x 3.5 cm) and signature in png/jpg/jpeg (max 2 MB); upload required PDF documents (max 2 MB each) including Class 10/12, essential qualification certificate and GATE scorecard.
- Apply for only one post/discipline and submit application by 23:59 hrs on 06-12-2026.
- After submission, click the fee payment link (where applicable), pay Rs 300 online if applicable, download e-receipt and keep it for Document Verification.

What are the eligibility and qualification requirements?
Candidates must have a full-time Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology from a university/institution approved by AICTE/appropriate statutory authority. Minimum aggregate marks required are 65% for Gen/OBC (NCL)/EWS and 55% for SC/ST/PwD, and the candidate must have appeared in and qualified the corresponding GATE-2025 paper.

Trainees are in the pay scale Rs 50,000–1,60,000 with initial Basic Pay Rs 50,000 during training. After successful training, pay is fixed at the minimum Basic Pay of Rs 60,000 for Assistant Manager (E-1 Grade) with Performance Related Pay applicable.
