Qualification Requirements
Age Limits
- Maximum Age: 22 years
Selection Process
- Phase I – Written Test: A common written test (Class 10th level) for both streams: General English 15 marks, General Knowledge 15 marks, total 30 marks with minimum aggregate 15 (50%). Admit card will specify date, time, and venue.
- Phase II – Physical Fitness Test (PFT): Qualifying PFT for written-test passers: height check (minimum 152 cm), 1.6 km run within 7 minutes (with altitude allowances), and physical tasks including push-ups, sit-ups and squats as specified.
- Phase III – Stream Suitability Test (SST): Qualifying SST assesses practical skills for chosen stream. Hospitality candidates are assessed on cooking, kitchen hygiene, serving etc.; Housekeeping candidates on cleaning, gardening, washing/ironing, hair cutting or tailoring-related skills.
- Phase IV – Medical Examination: Merit-based medical exam by Air Force Medical team with baseline investigations (blood tests, urine, biochemistry, chest X-ray, ECG, and others as required). Medical Board decisions are final.

- Download the blank application form and other required certificates/forms.
- Fill the application form as per the format hosted on the web portal; improper formats will be rejected.
- Attach required documents (Class 10 mark sheet/certificate, photo, consent/self-consent, self-addressed envelope with ₹10 stamp).
- Send the duly filled application by normal post or drop box to any one of the addresses listed in the brochure; choose the location where you wish to apply.
- Ensure the application reaches the chosen address on or before the due date given in the Employment News notification (17-08-2026).

What is the minimum educational qualification required?

A Seva Nidhi terminal benefit accrues with individual contributions (~₹5.02 lakh) and matching Government contribution (~₹5.02 lakh) over four years.
