Selection Process
- Online Preliminary Examination: Objective test with three sections (English Language, Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning Ability), total 100 marks, 60 minutes. Wrong answers incur 0.25 mark penalty; unattempted questions have no penalty.
- Online Main Examination: Objective and descriptive tests covering Reasoning, General/Economy/Banking Awareness, English Language, Data Analysis & Interpretation and a Descriptive Paper. Objective part totals 200 marks and 160 minutes.
- Personality Test: Self-report Personality Test for candidates who qualify the Main Examination; it is non-qualifying in nature but mandatory to attend for interview eligibility.
- Common Interview: Interview carries 100 marks with minimum qualifying marks of 40% (35% for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD). Final combined score uses weightage 80:20 between Main Examination and Interview.
