Selection Process
- Online Written Test: A computer-based test with sections: Reasoning & Computer Aptitude, Data Analysis & Interpretation, English Language, Quantitative Aptitude, and General/Economy/Banking Awareness. There is negative marking of 1/4th for wrong answers and minimum sectional qualifying marks (40% for General/EWS, 35% for Reserved) as prescribed.
- Screening: Applications and documents of candidates who qualify the written test will be examined to confirm eligibility; ineligible candidates will be rejected before further stages.
- Local Language Proficiency Test (LLPT): Candidates who have not studied the state’s local language in Class 10/12 must take a qualifying LLPT; failure to qualify makes a candidate ineligible for final selection.
- Personal Interview: Shortlisted candidates after the written test will be called for an interview carrying 50 marks; minimum qualifying marks apply (45% for SC/ST, 50% for others).
- Final Selection: Final selection is based on combined performance in Online Written Test and Personal Interview, subject to qualifying the LLPT where applicable; merit list is prepared state-wise and category-wise.

- Re-login with Provisional Registration Number and Password to complete the application form.
- Upload scanned images of photograph, signature, left-hand thumb impression, and hand-written declaration as per specifications; upload required certificates as PDF where applicable.
- Use ‘SAVE AND NEXT’ to verify details and click ‘COMPLETE REGISTRATION’ (no changes allowed after this).
- Pay the applicable application fee online (Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking, IMPS, Wallets, or UPI) and take printouts of application form and e-receipt for records.
