Selection Process
- Online Examination: A computer-based online exam of 3 hours (total 140 questions, 200 marks) covering Reasoning & Computer Aptitude, General/Economy/Banking Awareness, Data Analysis & Interpretation, and English. Wrong answers carry a penalty of 0.25 marks; minimum aggregate qualifying marks are 30% for reserved and 35% for unreserved candidates.
- Language Proficiency Test (LPT): Candidates who have not studied the applied state’s local language in Std. X or XII must qualify an LPT before the interview. Failure in LPT will disqualify the candidate from further process.
- Personal Interview: Shortlisted candidates will attend a personal interview carrying 100 marks. Minimum qualifying marks in interview are 45% for reserved categories and 50% for unreserved candidates.
- Final Merit: Final selection is based on combined score of Online Exam and Interview in the ratio 80:20, with minimum aggregate 30% for reserved and 35% for unreserved candidates. Merit lists are prepared state-wise and category-wise.
