Selection Process
- Written Examination: A written test (Online computer-based for some posts; OMR-based for others) of 100 questions and 100 marks is held by CSEB.
- Shortlisting / Cutoff: Candidates are shortlisted based on written exam marks; to be eligible for interview a candidate must score a minimum of 4 marks out of the 20 marks allocated per institution.
- Interview by Bank/Society: Each cooperative bank/society conducts interviews for shortlisted candidates; interviews carry up to 20 marks and typical interview cutoff is 16/20.
- Final Appointment: Final appointment is made by the individual cooperative bank/society based on combined scores and interview results; the selected candidate becomes an employee of that cooperative bank.
