Selection Process
- Document Verification: Original documents will be checked to confirm identity, eligibility, service record, discharge certificate and other required certificates.
- Medical Test: A Medical Board will examine candidates to assess physical fitness; the Board’s decision is final and persons with physical deformities will be disqualified.
- Physical Test: Candidates must cover 5 kilometres on foot within one hour and be physically fit to perform field duty for at least 8 hours; failure to meet standards will disqualify the candidate.
- Interview: Candidates who pass the medical and physical tests will appear before the Selection Board for interview.

- Fill out the application form neatly in typed format, completing all required columns.
- Enclose two recent passport size self-attested photographs and self-attested copies of certificates supporting age and qualification.
- Attach self-attested copy of discharge certificate and two character certificates attested by two different Group-B Gazetted Officers.
