Selection Process
- Written Test (Farm Manager & Programme Assistant): Selection is based purely on marks secured in a written test of 150 multiple-choice questions for Farm Manager and Programme Assistant (150 marks, 2 hours).
- Written Test (Stenographer): Stenographer candidates take a written test of 150 objective questions (covering General English, General Awareness and Quantitative Aptitude) for 150 marks and 2 hours.
- Skill Test (Stenographer): For Stenographer, a skill test (dictation and transcription) is held; skill test marks are added to written test marks to prepare the final merit list. Candidates for the skill test are called at a 1:4 ratio based on written test merit.
- Qualifying Marks and Merit: Qualifying marks in the written test: UR 50%, SEBC 45%, ST/SC/PWD 40%. Final selection list is prepared from the test scores (and skill test for Stenographer).
