- Fill the prescribed application format (Annexure) on A-4 size paper and attach a passport size photograph.
- Attach self-attested photocopies of required documents: Service Certificate, Pensioner Identity Card, Pension Payment Order (PPO) and Matriculation Certificate.

What is the pay/remuneration for re-engaged retired employees?
Remuneration is a fixed monthly amount determined by deducting the basic pension from the pay drawn at the time of retirement and remains unchanged during the contract. No increment, Dearness Allowance or HRA will be allowed; a fixed transport allowance for commuting (not exceeding the rate at retirement) is permitted and TA/DA on official tour is as per entitlement.
