- Document Scrutiny/Verification: All candidates who successfully submit the online application will be provisionally allowed to appear for document scrutiny to verify eligibility and claimed documents.
- Interview: Shortlisted candidates are called for an interview which carries 100% weightage: Technical & Professional proficiency (65%) and Personality, Communication & Competency (35%). Minimum interview marks required: 60% for UR/EWS and 50% for SC/ST/OBC(NCL)/PWD against reserved posts.
- Medical Fitness: Selected candidates must be found medically fit as per RITES’ Standards of Medical Fitness before final appointment.
