Qualification Requirements
Selection Process
- 1: Submit the required online application through the SUPREMO portal.
- 2: Forward nominations and relevant correspondence via email to [email protected]; applications of eligible officers already on Central Deputation or Non-CSS must be forwarded by the concerned Ministries/Departments with the approval of their Minister-in-Charge.
- 3: Selection will follow the Civil Services Board (CSB) procedure under the Non-Central Staffing Scheme.

- Check eligibility as per Central Staffing Scheme guidelines for appointment at DS/Director level.
- Access the DOPT online interface via EO Division → Apply for post of CSS, CVO and others → SUPREMO (choose Non-CSS) at https://supremo.nic.in.
- Submit the required online application through the SUPREMO portal.
- Forward nominations and relevant correspondence via email to [email protected].
- Ensure applications of eligible officers already on Central Deputation or Non-CSS are forwarded by concerned Ministries/Departments with Minister-in-Charge approval before 16-11-2026.
