- Technical Screening (Level-1): Bio-data based technical assessment by an independent Technical Screening Committee to check relevance of experience and qualifications; preliminary shortlisting ratio applies (up to 24 candidates per 1 post; up to 48 for 2 posts).
- Technical Screening (Level-2 / Preliminary Online Interview, if required): Short online interview of short duration (10–15 minutes) for further shortlisting if needed; predefined ratio for final interview applies (up to 12 candidates per 1 post; up to 24 for 2 posts).
- Final Personal Interview: In-person interview at RAC, Delhi before the Selection Board. Final selection is on merit of interview marks; candidates must score at least 75% (75/100) to be considered.
