HEMRL (DRDO) invites offline applications for 50 Graduate Apprentice posts across engineering, science, arts, commerce, library science and business administration streams. Candidates must register on NATS 2.0 and then submit the completed offline application downloaded from the DRDO vacancies page. Training duration is one year with a monthly stipend of ₹15,000. Qualification Requirements

Candidates must possess the specified qualification from a recognised Board/University as listed in the vacancy table (B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc/B.A/B.Com/BLIS/BBA as applicable). Only regular candidates who passed the qualifying examination in the last five years (2022-2026) are eligible. Candidates with higher qualifications than specified, those with one year or more job experience after qualification, or those who have already undergone/are undergoing apprenticeship training are not eligible. PwBD candidates are eligible only for designated trades as per Apprenticeship Rules.

  • Shortlisting by merit: Candidates may be shortlisted based on academic merit depending on vacancies in each category and discipline.
  • Written test: A written test may be held as part of the shortlisting or selection process if applicable.

  • Document verification: Selection is subject to satisfactory verification of original documents and certificates.
  • Online approval of apprenticeship contract: Final selection is confirmed after the competent authority approves the apprenticeship contract online.
