Selection Process
- Screening by Committee: Eligible candidates will be screened by a Screening Committee to shortlist candidates.
- APAR Evaluation: APAR of the last three years will be evaluated and scored (Maximum 15 marks; Outstanding=5, Very good=4, Good=3, Average=2, Below average=1).
- Educational/Professional Qualification Scoring: Educational/professional qualifications will be scored (Maximum 5 marks; Degree (B.Tech or equivalent)=5, Diploma/B.Sc or equivalent=3).
- Final Evaluation: Final selection is based on screening committee evaluation using APAR scores and educational/professional qualification scores.
