  • Skill Test: 70 candidates (10 per vacancy) are shortlisted for a 60-mark skill test assessing beverage preparation, basic food handling, presentation, hygiene and cleanliness.
  • Final Merit List and Document Verification: Final merit is based on combined written and skill test scores (out of 100). Document Verification is conducted for selected candidates with original certificates.
  • Medical Fitness and Character Verification: Selected candidates undergo medical fitness and police/character verification before appointment.
