Selection Process
- Written Test: Objective test (Parts A, B, C) and descriptive test (Part D). Minimum 40% in each objective part and 50% aggregate in objective parts; descriptive requires minimum 50%.
- Evaluation of Descriptive: Part D (descriptive) is evaluated only for candidates who qualify the objective parts; descriptive has 2 questions of 10 marks each.
- Shortlisting for Interview: Candidates shortlisted for interview based on written test in a ratio of 1:5 (minimum 10 candidates) against category-wise vacancies.
- Interview: Interview carries 40% weightage in final score.
- Final Empanelment: Written test weightage 60% and Interview 40%; candidates must secure minimum 50% in each of written test and interview and at least 60% overall to be empanelled.
