Selection Process
- 1: Applications received through proper channel are screened for service condition, educational and experience requirements and completeness (including attested APARs).
- 2: Eligible candidates are shortlisted and called for interview; the circular refers only to interview and does not mention any written test.
- 3: Selection is made based on interview; DPCC reserves the right not to fill any post or to change the number of posts.
How to Apply
- Download the advertisement and application form from dpcc.delhigovt.nic.in under ‘Office Order & Circulars’ or from the official DPCC site (PDF link provided).
- Fill the prescribed proforma in English or Hindi with post applied for, personal and department details, date of retirement, education, a point-by-point statement of how you meet requirements, employment history with pay level and latest salary slip, nature of present employment, feeder-grade status, total emoluments, and supporting information; affix photograph and sign declaration.
- Attach self-attested copies of proof of age, educational qualifications, work experience, and SC/ST/OBC/PwD certificate if applicable.
- Get your employer or cadre-controlling authority to complete certification on the last page, enclose attested APARs for five years, integrity certificate, vigilance clearance and penalty statement.
- Your department forwards the application through proper channel to The Administrative Officer, Delhi Pollution Control Committee, 3rd Floor, IT Park, DMRC Building, Shastri Park, Delhi – 110053. Write the name of the post on the envelope.
- If sending an advance copy, obtain a No Objection Certificate from your department to appear for the interview and undertake to submit all requisite documents before joining.
