- Minimum Age: 32 years
- Maximum Age: 62 years
Selection Process
- Preliminary screening/shortlisting: IPL will screen applications and shortlist candidates based on qualifications, experience, suitability, city preference and business requirement; only shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview.
- Interview (Delhi or online): Selection is by interview. Shortlisted applicants will be invited to attend an interview in Delhi or online as decided by IPL.
- Final selection decision: Final appointment is at IPL’s discretion; meeting eligibility norms does not guarantee being called for interview or selection.
- Multiple/no appointment option: IPL may appoint none, one, or more Individual Consultants against any IC Code based on requirements.
How to Apply
1: Identify the IC Code and Grade Code you are applying for.
2: Prepare the application email/post with subject line: “Application_IC CODE_Insert IC Code_Name of Applicant”.
3: Attach the duly filled application form (photo, signed on each page) in both MS Word (editable) and PDF formats.
4: Attach the signed advertisement notice as a token of acceptance (PDF).
5: Attach copies of education certificates and mark sheets (PDF).
6: Attach copies of experience certificates, appointment letters, and latest salary slip of current employer (PDF).
7: Send the complete application to the relevant email ID based on the IC Code range or by post to: AGM-HR, IIFCL Projects Limited (IPL), 3rd Floor, Tower – E, World Trade Centre (WTC), Nauroji Nagar, New Delhi – 110029.
8: Apply separately for each IC Code and Grade Code if applying for more than one specialization.

What are the eligibility/qualification criteria?
