Selection Process
- Shortlisting/Screening: Applications may be shortlisted on the basis of qualification, experience and age to determine eligibility for next stages.
- Computer-Based Test (CBT) – if conducted: CBT is bilingual with two sections: Subject Knowledge Test (SKT) and Aptitude Test (AT). The test has 100 multiple-choice questions, 2 hours duration, and negative marking of 1/4th for each wrong answer. Shortlisted candidates from CBT will be called for interview.
- Group Discussion (if applicable): A group discussion may be conducted as part of the multi-stage selection where applicable.
- Interview: Shortlisted candidates (from CBT or direct shortlisting) will be interviewed; marks for interview contribute to the final cumulative score.
- Finalisation and Medical: Final offers are based on merit list from cumulative marks. Joining is subject to passing a medical examination at a specified government hospital.
