  • Paper-II (Written/Descriptive Examination): Shortlisted candidates’ Paper-II (Noting, Drafting & Office Procedure) will be evaluated (100 marks, descriptive). Aggregate performance in Paper-I and Paper-II is used to shortlist candidates for Part-II evaluation.
  • Part-II (Evaluation of Record of Service / APARs): Records of service/APARs are evaluated for 100 marks. Final selection is based on aggregate marks in Paper-I + Paper-II + Part-II (total 400 marks).
