Selection Process
- Online Application: Candidates must register and apply on the applicable portal (NAPS or NATS) and submit the Microsoft Office Form; applications considered only if submitted on the correct portal and form.
- Merit List: Selection is based on percentage of marks in the prescribed qualification. No written test or interview will be conducted. Ties are broken by earlier date of birth, then higher matriculation marks.
- Preference: Preference is given to candidates applying for apprenticeship training for the first time.
- Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates will be called for document verification and must produce original documents and self-attested copies.

- Log in to the respective portal and apply using IOCL (MD)-Northern Region Establishment ID (NATS – NDLSDC000005; NAPS – E05200700003).
- After applying on the portal, submit the Microsoft Office Form: https://forms.cloud.microsoft/r/pw7D2cUK7c (provide details, preferred state and three preferred locations).
- Complete both the portal application and the Microsoft Form by 06-09-2026, 5:00 PM. Only one Microsoft Form response is allowed.
