Selection Process

  • Shortlisting for Skill Test: Candidates are shortlisted based on written test performance in the ratio of up to 1:5 (category-wise) to the number of vacancies for the skill test.
  • Skill Test: Assistant/UDC: Computer Literacy Test (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with passing criteria 60% (UR) / 50% (reserved). JPA/Stenographer: Computer Literacy Test plus Stenography Test (300 words at 60 wpm shorthand, 30-minute transcription) with specified passing standards.
